• UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.

• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Case Manager to oversee patient care throughout the continuum, particularly for complex orthopedic surgeries.
• The RN Case Manager will work closely with patients, families, healthcare providers, and the clinic charge nurse to ensure patients leave with all necessary information and are well-supported during their recovery process.
• The role includes coordinating post-operative care, answering patient inquiries regarding surgery, and ensuring timely discharge planning.

Job Requirements:

• ADN required with current RN licensure

• Two (2) years prior clinical experience, preferably in case management environment(s)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
