Good Shepherd Village in Springfield, Ohio, is seeking caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with flexible scheduling and competitive pay up to $31.88 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN/DON.
  • Provide support and supervision to STNAs and other care staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the State of Ohio (Required).
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
